Necessary Ingredients:
- 4 beef sirloin steaks-(1 inch thick)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 2 Tsp butter, melted
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/16 tsp cinnamon
- 1/16 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup regular whipping cream
- 4 Tbsp shallots, finely chopped
Beef Sirloin with Pepper and Cinnamon making Instructions:
Preheat grill to 350°F.
Allow steaks to stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes before cooking.
Sprinkle both sides of steaks with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Grill steaks for 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove steaks from grill; drizzle with 2 Tsp of melted butter and wrap in aluminum foil.
Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Mix butter, cinnamon, pepper, cream, and shallots in small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring well. Serve with steaks as a sauce.
