Necessary Ingredients:
- 1 pound thick bacon
- 8-hot dogs
- 8 ounces pure honey
- 8 hot dog buns
- 12″ wooden sticks
- 12″ wooden sticks
- Creamy Mustard Sauce
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs Instructions:
Place each hot dog on a wooden stick.
Spiral cut each hot dog.
Wrap hot dogs in bacon and secure each end with toothpicks.
Set Gravity Series Grill/Smoker to 300 ˚F.
Place on middle rack and grill for 30 minutes, or until bacon is golden brown. Flip every 10 minutes.
Turn the grill up to 400 ˚F.
Place an aluminum pan under hot dogs and drizzle with honey and grill for 10 more minutes.
Remove toothpicks and serve on hot dog bun.
Blend sauce together and drizzle on bun.
