Grilled butter steak of necessary ingredients:
- 4 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Traeger Prime Rib Rub
- 2 porterhouse steaks, at least 1-1/2 inch thick
How to cook Grilled butter steak :
- When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 225(degree)F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
- Combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard, whisk until smooth.
- Brush mixture on both sides of the steaks with a pastry brush. Season the steaks on both sides with Traeger Prime Rib Rub.
- Arrange the steaks on the grill grate and cook for a half-hour when the grill is temperature.
- With tongs, transfer the steaks to a platter and increase the temperature to 500(degrees)F
- When the grill reaches 500(degree)F, return the steaks to the grill grate and grill until your desired degree of doneness. 130(degree) F for medium-rare, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Baste with the butter Worcestershire sauce mixture once more if desired.
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
